I'm writing you this carta aberta to express my disappointment with your post. I don't percebo your implicância.. I think the names you referiste are really bonitos, and much better than portuguese ones. De facto, race names like "Running to the sunset", "Cork Trail running", "Night Run", "Secret Run", etc are not ridículos or parolos, they're brilhantes!! They're not apenas more classy, like this, we could atrair thousands and thousands of estrangeiros! I mean, we all sabemos that any kind of estrangeiro is better than a portuguese!! (My wife is 1/999 spanish, so i'm foreign by associação).
I have to give you crédito, no entanto. You tiveste a really good ideia, renaming the "Corrida dos Sinos" (Blhéc) "Running Bells". I think we deviamos rename a lot of classic corridas in Portugal. What do you pensas destas:
- Saint John of the Lamps Half Marathon
- Golden Whiney Half Marathon
- Saint Silvester Race
- Peniche's Bonfire Race
- Freedoom Race
- Half Marathon of the Discovery
These are just ideias, but i think they're muito boas.
Anyway, i hope you're not chateado com esta letter. Just go run into the sunset my friend. But be cuidadoso, You are to white, don't forget to put the crime!
